What breakroom.rip keeps, what it doesn't, and what is public by design.

SHYGUY LLC ("we") runs breakroom.rip. There are no accounts and no database of users. This page lists everything the Site touches.

1. What is public by design

A break lives on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain. Every wallet address that hosts or joins a break, every choice of Keep or Cash, every card and every amount is visible to anyone, permanently. Don't join a break with a wallet you want kept apart from these actions.

2. What your browser keeps

The Site stores a few things in your own browser (local storage), never on our servers:

breakroom.wallet — which wallet you last connected, so it reconnects.
breakroom.invite.<break> — a host's invite key for their break, so the invite link can be shown again. The key also travels in the invite link after the #, which browsers never send to a server.
breakroom.clock — how wrong your break-room clock is.
For the session only: which reveals you have already watched.

Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

3. A first name, if you give one

When you clock in you may add a first name for the break's whiteboard. It's stored with your wallet address and that break for 60 days, and shown to anyone viewing that break (its page and its stream overlay). Leave it blank and your shortened address is shown instead.

4. What reaches our servers

The Site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver it, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. When you use a break whose host covers gas, your signed message, your wallet address and the break's address are sent to the Relayer so it can submit them on chain — where they become public (section 1). We do not keep a log of them beyond what Cloudflare keeps for operating the service.

5. Who else your browser talks to

Robinhood Chain's public RPC, to read breaks and send your transactions.
vibe.market's image services (imagedelivery.net, vibechain.com), to show card and pack art.
Your wallet, which has its own privacy terms.

Each of them sees your IP address when your browser asks.

6. What we don't do

No cookies for tracking, no advertising, no selling or sharing of data, no email list from this Site, no profiling.
