What can go wrong in a break, said plainly. Part of the terms.

1. Packs are a game of chance

Every card is decided by vibe.market's randomness a few blocks after its pack opens. Nobody, including the host and us, can choose or know a card in advance. vibe.market's odds and card values are fixed by vibe.market, and on average a pack pays back less than its price. Most cards are Commons worth a fraction of the pack. A pack is entertainment, not an investment.

2. Contracts can fail

BreakRoom's contracts were reviewed in two internal security passes with every finding fixed and tested, and a full break has been run against vibe.market's live contracts. They have not been audited by an independent firm. A bug in them, in vibe.market's contracts, in Robinhood Chain or in your wallet could lose packs, cards or ETH. Nobody can reverse a transaction.

3. A reveal can be lost

vibe.market's randomness must be collected within about 25 seconds of a pack opening. vibe.market's own keeper does it within seconds, and the Relayer and anyone else can do it for a break too; if nobody does in time, that pack's card can never be revealed and its value is lost.

4. vibe.market decides what a card pays

A card's cash value and its NFT come from vibe.market. vibe.market can pause its market, change its terms, or be unable to pay a cash value until its prize pot is refilled; a guest's Keep or Cash may then wait. BreakRoom routes cards; it does not back them.

5. Hosts

A host who opens fresh packs pays vibe.market's price at the moment of the rip (with up to 5% headroom that comes back). A host may rip some seats and not others; unopened seats' packs and money return to the host. A gas tank is an estimate: if network fees spike, it can run out, and guests then send their own transactions.

6. Guests

A card waiting to be delivered is delivered by your saved choice an hour after its reveal, by anyone. After the claim deadline the cash option is gone and the card is delivered as an NFT. Send nothing to a break's address; it doesn't need anything from a guest.

7. Law and tax

In some places, opening packs for a chance at a cash value may be regulated as gambling, and card sales may be taxable. Whether you may use BreakRoom, and what you owe, is yours to check.

8. Lookalikes

Only breakroom.rip runs BreakRoom, and only breaks registered by its factory are real; the Site checks every break before showing it. Anyone can copy a page. Check the address bar.
